Over time, a build-up of mineral deposits and dirt can become trapped between the sand particles of your pool filter. This debris reduces the efficiency of the filtration process by restricting the free flow of water through the spaces between these particles. Aqua Guard Filter Rinse will help rejuvenate your sand filter by dissolving and dislodging these deposits. Regular usage of Filter Rinse whenever you backwash your filter will keep it operating at peak efficiency.
Directions: Ensure that any automatic devices are closed or by-passed, enabling maximum intake from the skimmer. Before application, remove any debris from the skimmer basket. Set your filter to backwash and slowly pour 250 mL of Filter Rinse into the skimmer so that it goes directly through the filter. Complete the backwash cycle as per manufacturer’s instructions.
