HOW TO SCHEDULE: Drive-Thru Pick-Up

Take advantage of this personal, yet touch-free way of ordering from the comfort of your home. You can place your order through our web store, or by e-mail.

  • PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH OUR WEB STORE by browsing our inventory at https://thepoolshoppe.ca/shop/ – once you add items to your cart, select Store Pick-Up from the shipping options. For online orders, please wait for an e-mail notification that we’ve finished processing your order prior to pick-up. Once you’ve received a message that we have finished processing your order, you can pick up your order within the next 7 business days. Bring your e-mail confirmation or valid identification to confirm your purchase.

  • PLACE AN ORDER BY E-MAIL by notifying us by e-mail at info@thepoolshoppe.ca – note your full name, phone number, and address so we can find your info in our system. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to PROCESS YOUR ORDER and provide pick-up instructions. Orders must be paid in full prior to pick-up at our location.

Our Drive-Thru Pick-Up area is accessed from the front approach of our store. Drive alongside our building between the store and the Pool Court until you reach the Pick Up Point Sign. Please call 905-388-5391 ext. 110 upon arrival. Please stay in your vehicle until we arrive to greet you.
