* For accurate measurements, when printing our Radius Template, please ensure that you do not have page scaling enabled in your printer options (Fit to Page or Fit to Printable Area should be deselected). To be certain that your printed template has correct measurements, verify with a ruler that the outer lines are 1″ apart.

Simply complete the measurements portion of our Custom Order form (available for download here), and bring it in to the store to complete your order. Please note when filling out this form that we require measurements of your actual hot tub, NOT of the existing cover. Also, if known please indicate your spa’s manufacturer, model and year.

Please be sure to answer information about the following on your custom order form:

1 - SHAPE

Indicate the shape of your spa, and please mark a dotted line where the cover’s fold will be on the appropriate shape.

2 - STRAPPING

Indicate whether standard strap placement (centered on each half) or custom strap placement is desired. For custom strap placement, please measure the distance (in inches) from the outside edge of the spa to the desired location for the strap (see diagram on custom order form).

3 - TAPER

All covers are built with a taper for rain runoff. The greater the cover thickness, the greater the heat retention.

4 - CORNER

Corners are assumed to be square, but many tubs have radius (curved) corners. If your cover has a radius corner, you must provide the radius of the tub’s corner. Use our Radius Template to help with this.*

5 - SKIRT LENGTH

The skirt is the loose flap around the outside of the spa cover designed to protect the spa shell from UV exposure. This measurement is different on every spa.

6 - LINING

'Spa Liner Grey' Spa CoverA standard grey lining is included with a new spa cover; however you may upgrade to a reflective silver lining for maximum heat retention.

7 - COLOUR

There is a selection of standard colours to choose from for your new spa cover, or a selection of upgraded Ambassador samples to choose from. Samples are available in store.

8 - CUTOUTS**

You may need your new cover to accommodate existing obstructions (ie. a handrail). Please indicate any required cutouts in an accompanied drawing (upgrade).

9 - SIGNATURE

Your new cover will be ordered upon completion of your signed order form and full deposit.
