To achieve the Cobalt's elegance, the finest injection moulded 90% tungsten goes through a 6-stage manufacturing process. First, the front of the dart is turned using computer numerical controlled machinery. It is then treated with a tough, blue titanium nitride coating and re-machined to leave a stunning, dual function grip. The back of the dart then undergoes the same process but with the final cut producing both forward and reverse grip protrusions.
