Aqua-Guard Salt Cell Cleaner is the effective way to clean and de-scale your salt cell. A quick 10 minute clean is all you need to remove the build up of mineral deposits attached to your salt cell plates. Regular cleaning with Salt Cell Cleaner will help prolong the life of your cell, allowing the generator to operate at peak efficiency.
Directions: Wear rubber gloves and eye protection when handling Salt Cell Cleaner. Disconnect the salt cell from plumbing line. Attach one of of the cell to the Salt Cell Cleaning Stand so the cell is vertical with the open end facing up. Fill the inside of the cell with 1 L of Salt Cell Cleaner. If the cell plates are not fully submerged, add water slowly until the plates are submerged. After 10 – 20 minutes, drain the cell of Salt Cell Cleaner and rinse with water.
