Aqua Floc is intended for use in Sand Filters Only.
AQUA Floc can be used with all sand filters or by manually broadcasting across the surface of the pool water. AQUA Floc will form a gelatinous mat over the filter and provide finer pool filtration. If pool water is green as a result of algae in suspension, the algae must first be killed by applying adequate disinfectant.
Directions: Adjust pH of pool water to 7.8 or higher. With the filter running, add AQUA Floc in small quantities until a ratio of 60 g per 1000 cm² of filter sand surface area is obtained. Add directly to the skimmer. For best results, backwash the filter after eight hours and repeat. AQUA Floc application. Repeat this procedure every eight hours until the pool is clear.
