Purchases from The Pool Shoppe can only ship to destinations within Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We cannot guarantee shipping times to remote locations or postal codes that are difficult to serve.

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide.

Order processing is 1 – 3 business days. Shipping time estimates vary depending on your location and method of delivery chosen.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

We are located in Hamilton, Ontario. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1333 Rymal Road East, Hamilton Ontario. E-mail us at info@thepoolshoppe.ca or call us at 905-388-5391 to place your pick-up order.

Our in-store pickup hours will be made available to you at your time of order. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

Should you wish to change or cancel an order placed on-line, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thepoolshoppe.ca.

Orders will be accepted and prepared for shipping as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel an order already processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel the order in which case, the order will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

LOST ORDERS OR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Lost items or items not received must be reported within 14 days. Please contact us at support@thepoolshoppe.ca to report items lost or not received.

INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Incorrect items shipped or damaged product either through shipping or inside the box, must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on damaged or incorrect orders.
