A fast acting, fast dissolving, extra strength shock treatment for your pool that controls and eliminates algae and bacteria in the pool water. Super Shock has an available chlorine content of 75%. One dose (454g) is perfect for pools that are 70,000L, so please adjust accordingly. It is recommended to wait 8-12 hours after use to swim.
- Ensure the pump is in operation.
- Add 65g per 10,000L by broadcasting directly onto the surface of the pool’s deep end.
If water is green:
- Ensure the pump is in operation.
- Add 130g per 10,000L by broadcasting directly onto the surface of the pool’s deep end, or near the algae.
- Thoroughly scrub the surface of the pool, vacuum, and cycle through the filter. Repeat treatments may be necessary for complete removal of algae.
Be sure to test your chlorine levels weekly to maintain a reading between 1.0 – 3.0 ppm. Use more frequently in periods of heavy bathing or wet weather.
