Our Parts Counter has always been a vital part of The Pool Shoppe. It is frequented by pool, spa & billiard table owners from all across Southern Ontario, due to its wide selection and competitively priced parts. Honesty, reliability and excellent service are words that our customers use to describe our Parts Department.
The benefit to dealing with The Pool Shoppe’s Parts Counter is two-fold: we carry and can access parts from an extensive list of manufacturers (see below), and we have knowledgeable, experienced staff here year-round to help you. Our staff can get you what you need quickly, or can order it from the source as soon as possible. If you need a part and you need it fast, our Parts Counter is the place to go.
To further assist you, our Parts Counter has an in-house repair bench, where we can make on-site repairs to everything from pumps to automatic cleaners. We’ll assess the problem, give a recommendation, then restore your equipment to working condition within our given time estimate.
