Your Spa, Your Schedule: Many of our spa services are available year-round, weather permitting, allowing you to enjoy your spa whenever you desire. To ensure we can accurately quote and prepare for your service, please send clear photos of any concerns for us to assess prior to our visit. Additionally, we can deliver any needed chemicals or filters at the time of service, upon your request.

Spa Opening Services
DELUXE OPENING INCLUDES:
*Client to prefill tub prior to our arrival*
- Inspect the topside control, pumps, and heater for functionality
- Add Ahh-Some cleanser for a full system purge
- Drain the spa
- Vacuum debris and water from the footwell and lines
- Wipe down the inner surface of the spa
- Wipe down the interior and exterior of the cover
- Install on-site filter(s)
- Client to re-fill the spa
Please note that this service will help to minimize the amount of debris and gunk that could re-enter the spa water if it was leftover in the lines at closing.
Starting from $225
BASIC OPENING INCLUDES:
- Vacuum antifreeze from the lines and debris from the seats and footwell
- Wipe down the inside surfaces of spa
- Install on-site filter
- Client to fill the spa
Please note that with this service, there is a high chance that debris and gunk left in the lines will re-enter the spa water once refilled. To avoid disappointment, please consider our Deluxe Open service.

Drain & Clean
Available One-Time, Quarterly or Semi-Annual
INCLUDES:
- Add Ahh-Some cleanser for a full system purge*
- Drain the spa
- Vacuum any remaining water from the lines
- Wipe down the inner surface of the spa
- Wipe down the interior and exterior of the cover
- Flush or replace filter(s) (new filters at an additional charge)
* For our clients using Spa Marvel Cleanser instead of Ahh-Some, please add it to your spa at least 12 hours prior to our arrival. This will attack biofilm and remove organic material stuck deep inside plumbing and equipment.

*Option – additional service; service technician is to stay onsite to fill the hot tub and add proper chemicals to the fresh fill. Price to be quoted.
Spa Closing / Winterize
INCLUDES:
- Inspect the topside control, pumps, and heater for functionality
- Drain the spa
- Vacuum remaining water and blow out lines
- Add antifreeze to protect the lines and equipment
- An additional Cover Cap can be installed with this service in order to protect your spa cover during the winter. Ask for details!

Test & Adjust: This is a quick in-between service where our team will come to test and adjust the spa water to ensure proper chemistry. For any major chemistry concerns, multiple visits may be required. Starting from $49
Test & Adjust with Filter Soak: Includes a Test & Adjust as well as removing and flushing of filters. Customer needs two sets of filters as the service requires filters to be removed and brought back to the Shoppe to soak; schedule monthly for optimum filter maintenance. Starting from $99
Custom Spa Cover Measure Service: Our team will measure your spa for a custom cover. Starting from $150

What makes Ahh-Some Spa Cleanser awesome?
Ahh-Some features a unique blend of cleaners that work to remove organics and particulates from the spa surfaces and plumbing. It does so by softening the outer walls of bacteria in order to dislodge biofilm.
Why use Spa Marvel Cleanser?
This enzyme program spa cleanser attacks biofilm and removes organic material stuck deep inside plumbing and equipment.
What is biofilm?
It’s a thin usually resistant layer of microorganisms (such as bacteria) that form on and coat various surfaces.
