We are also Sundance Spa™ Certified and can diagnose and repair your Sundance Spa™ with ease. We can look after all your non-warranty concerns, open/close and maintain your spa.

Test & Adjust

STARTING FROM $49

This is a quick in-between service where our team will come to test and adjust the spa water to ensure proper chemistry. For any major chemistry concerns multiple visits may be required.

Weekly Spa Service

STARTING FROM $69

Service includes a test and adjust, and a wipe-down of the water ring. Service can be scheduled weekly or biweekly.

*We will cycle in Filter Soak Service.

Test & Adjust with Filter Soak

STARTING FROM $99

Service includes a test and adjust for the spa water as well as a service to remove and flush the filters.

*Customer must have two sets of filters as the service requires filters to be removed and brought back to the Shoppe to soak; schedule monthly for optimum filter maintenance.

Drain and Clean (One-Time, Quarterly or Semi-Annual)

STARTING FROM $225

Service includes using Ahh-Some Spa Cleanser to remove any debris and guck from inside the plumbing. The spa is then drained and wiped clean. We will flush your filter(s) and leave the tub ready for you to fill.

*Option – additional service; service technician is to stay onsite to fill the hot tub and add proper chemicals to the fresh fill. Price to be quoted.

Spa Winterize

STARTING FROM $250

Avoid cracked lines and equipment if your spa won’t be used during winter. For peace of mind, have us winterize your spa. Our trained technicians will drain and clean your spa, blow out water from the lines and add non-toxic antifreeze. Ask us about a Cover Cap for added protection over the winter months!

CLEARRAY™ Installation

The CLEARRAY™ Water Purification System represents a breakthrough in water maintenance in the hot tub industry, and is factory installed on all 2012 Sundance Spas™. Our technicians can retro-fit this system to older Sundance Spas™ (as old as 2006) in place of the ozone systems currently installed. The only maintenance required with this system is an annual bulb replacement. We can provide the service to replace your CLEARRAY™ bulb and perform a spa overview annually.
