We take pride in the fact that through our family owned and operated business we have been providing quality products and services to Hamilton residents for over 40 years. We are especially proud that some of our original customers have continued to do business with us through all these years.

Our Services

In addition to the quality swimming pool, patio and game room product lines we carry, we also operate a large service business. Our service fleet of 20 trucks, Ontario's largest, assures prompt response to our customers needs during the peak season. Our Personnel

All our service personnel are fully trained Pool Shoppe employees. As part of their training, each individual attends new product sales and service workshops. We equip them with the proper tools and they are backed by Ontario's largest parts department to service you better.

Our Suppliers

Some of our major suppliers have been with us since our inception over 40 years ago. Over that period of time we have co-designed quality products that will exceed your expectations. We also carry our own stock of the most popular models in our warehouse avoiding individual order delays.

In terms of price, we offer outstanding value and invite you to compare. We caution our customers, however, that quality and lowest price can be in conflict. If price is the only consideration, be sure you understand what you are getting in terms of features and equipment. As well, compare construction materials and specification standards.
